Residential Development Design Norwich

We were the residential housing development designer Norwich – our client was acting as a middle man for a large American insurance Company. We were engaged on a speculative basis, to determine the feasibility of the design. It was proposed that this housing site would be using half Dan-Wood house types and half our own bespoke designs. We provided not only the plans for this site but also stunning high quality site visualizations. Disappointing our client could not make this site work with the ever increasing costs of the Dan-Wood house types selected.
