Our client commissioned us to design a Dan-Wood chalet style dwelling house on her parents’ property.

The site is adjacent to a water pumping station and although the Planners had no objections to our scheme, environmental health was refusing due to this proximity, from vibration, noise, and smells. We objected to these reasons as they could be resolved by technical measures after 6 months, the application was approved. However, after that time my client decided to simply buy another property as she thought it would not get approved.
